Those are definitely Rockwells, and look like stock Deuce wheels just flipped on the front.

I had thought of doing this in the distant future. I think the hardest thing to do would be radiator, making it secure enough for off road.

Securing the radiator really would not be that difficult, just build a support hoop like on a race car, . anchored to the frame, and then trim the mount points on the core support to prevent interference. What I have found with tilt front-ends, is that that they sound better in theory than in practice. You can't mount anything to the inner fenders, everything has to be mounted either to the firewall or by fabbing mounts to the frame. You really have to do a good job of framing the sheet metal, because it is designed to be integrated into the other structures, so if it is not framed well, it will rip itself apart. . . .

Other than the wow factor and unfettered access to the engine on occasion, tilt front ends don't really seem too practical as Moose mentioned above.

My sheet metal flexes enough off road as it is, with new body mounts and bolts and everything functioning properly. I'd hate to see what it would look like unsupported.

    Yes to the 11.00-20

I think they are the stock M34 rims compared to M35 rims. The bolt flange is about 2" more inside the can on the M34 rims.
Remember if you didn't build it you can't call it yours.
