Welcome, are you sure it's not a M724 or M726 that someone has swapped beds back to a M715 bed. My list of vin #s shows that there was a 68 M726 with a vin # of 10151 with a hood registration number of 3U47568 which would match up close to yours being 10152 with a hood # of 3U43268 most likely. The registration number of 3F 3977 on the tailgate doesn't match as that is the number for a truck from 1967 which makes sense for it being a swapped bed and tailgate.

It seems to me that on the first olive drab semi-gloss color there is a regimental marking and another on the sand color.

    Tailgate.

Looks like the tailgate was painted in the MASSTER camo pattern used by the US Army in Germany as an experiment for the first of camo patterns. The upper left marking of the 307th ASA would have been for the 307th Army Security Agency which was stationed in Germany in the 70's and early 80's which would explain the MASSTER camo pattern.

Here is a color pic of M715's with the MASSTER camo pattern in Germany during the 70's

Makes you wonder when the truck was converted from a M724 to a M715 and if it was done while still in military service or was done after words by an owner.

I spent hours looking for the different regimental markings there is still some things to discover it is worth it.
    Thanks Dave.
I find the color Earth red on the entire lower surface of the truck plus two wheels.
The color Sand in the passenger compartment of the vehicle as well as the interior of the hood.
Green or Light green on the rear wheels.

    The camouflage color would be:

    MASSTER Camo pattern
    - Sand 30277
    - Earth Red 30117
    - Green 34127 or Light green 34151
    - Black 37038
