Troop Seat Top Board Measurements

Hello Gang,
I need some hole measurements for the two top boards that screw to the troop seat vertical stakes. On the bottom boards the 3/4 X 3" X 87" long wood slat has the holes in 1 1/4 to center from the ends and the center hole is 43 1/2 from the end. I need to know what dimensions the 4 holes are on center of those top 87" long boards also the hole for the retainer?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
