Sandblast.
I want some info on your repower. What motor did you use and what bell housing and trans? I can get a 4 cylinder Hercules for $500. Forklifts take out motor. I have a brake and clutch place that can mount a clutch to the flywheel but I still need a bell housing and trans. Not sure I want to use the T98 with stock gears and diesel.

The Herc is a D3400 Turbo Charged Diesel. The professional re-power was completed by M-Series Repower of N. Carolina and completed by the previous owner.
It looks to be an extremely professional job. In addition to the Herc upgrade, the previous owner added lock-out hubs, re-geared the rear end (70+MPH) and lots of new seals and joints.
Wish I could help more.
BTW, thank to everyone for their opinion, looks like I need to find a good sandblaster.
Happy New Year to all!

the fuel system is a continous use system not an intermittant type needed on highway use. thats why they make 2 different systems . maybe yours isnt an industrial setup.
