School me on FSJ doors?

I'm thinking about prepping a spare/newer/better set of doors for my truck. FSJ's are pretty plentiful around here.
Which doors fit our rigs? 2 door or 4 or does it matter? Years matter?
Also I know there was a write-up on the swap BC on the old board, but what do I have to do to get the square/front window swapped in?
Any info would be greatly appreciated.

to add to that, 2 or 4 does not matter, truck/Wag/Cherokee: the front doors are all identical.
Ethan's writeup will fill you in on the rest.
Note: he's right, pre80 doors are a little different. I'll have to check but I don't think my 70's sets of doors have the weld/body filler at the window frames, and I have the good hinges. I have 4 sets, newest are '79's.

As far as I can tell, the hinge change happened when they started adding power windows and door locks. The electric wiring doesn't make it around the hinges, as installed in the stock locations. I moved the wiring loom and re-used the "better" hinges that came with the truck.
