Unless you're doing a nut-&-bolt Pebble-Beach restoration, I'm not sure why you wouldn't buy 4 E-350 wheel cylinders and a chainsaw file (to reconfigure the mounting holes), and be done with it.
There is a seller on ebay from Greece that has both sides NOS/Wagner, I purchased a set from him, took about two weeks to get them.

I just rebuilt my brakes with Ford cylinders, J20 dual circuit master cylinder and a Jeep dual diaphragm booster, I can lock up all 4 wheels with one toe if need be, and that's on 40s. In hindsight I'd go with a single diaphragm booster.
