Very, very nice! I'm sure you'll fix the other problems quickly.

Looks pretty good. When I saw that car on the right side of the road, I thought, "Oh no, first run and a cop nails him already!"
Nice job...
Looking good!

Very nice job. I know that you have worked hard to get to this stage of the restoration. Now, you can drive and enjoy.

I finally registered my truck today!! I am driving it to work tomorrow :-D
Awesome.
I'll be be honest. During the final build pics I wasn't a fan of the paint. But when is all together. It is really nice.
That is an admitted down fall of mine. I have a hard time seeing the finished product.
Tim I got your text roughly mid afternoon and said out loud "about friggin time!"
Honestly, nice work man.

I am getting the bed lined this Sunday. It'll be about a month before I can get a new top made for my truck. I may finish the cab floor on Saturday. But in the mean time I am driving the truck to and from work the way it is
Going with a colored liner?
just black
I extended my front bump stops this morning to try and keep the driveshaft off of the tranny pan during heavy bumps.
Waiting anxiously for MPG report... I know you don't have a speedometer. There are several apps for your smartphone that will work as an odometer.
Where are the pics of the bed lined? Lets go Tim
didn't get it done yet. body man let me down :-(
I mounted my GPS in my M715 and drove it to my brother's. 60.6mph !!! As far as I know my truck still has the 5.88's, so that must mean my motor has a 3200rpm spring.
At what speed did it cruise confortably?
45-50mph
I realized after the fact that I left some streaks...

I got some new equipment now. I got in my HTP Invertig 221 TIG welder, new-to-me 10 Ton floor jack, and a JD Squared tubing bender (ordered). Just a few more tools and I'll be able to do everything in house.

you just think you only need a few more tools, Im a big tool guy, my problem right now is space for it. I need to move and get a shop. there are always new tools to buy :)
I am running out of space myself, but I keep buying...
I've read your post a couple of times and may have missed this. What rims are you running? I like the way your tires look. Awesome job on the build and updating the thread!
Marsh Rims 16x10", 5" backspacing. 385/70R16 Toyo Open Country M/T's
I have successfully narrowed my first Dana 60 front axle housing. It is for my Dodge M37

Why did u need to narrow it?
What did u use for ur alignment shaft?
Makes me think I need to score an old pump shaft from work for this incase I ever need it.
