Just a quick update - I decided my frame was rusted beyond what I'd like to deal with, so I picked up a replacement from a Zone member this morning.
I'll update this thread with pictures shortly.

Wow, it's been a while since I've posted,
Lost my brakes in January on the way to work, so I parked it until I had the free time to fix them.
Looks like I lost an original rear wheel cylinder, so I'm putting 4 of the E350 replacements on it.
I was reading about the backing plate modification and decided to print up a little template tool to quickly and accurately scribe the E350 holes for a clean job.
Thought you guys might get a kick out it, so here it is:

It just pops into the existing wheel cylinder hole and levels against the lower edge of the shoe block for quick locating for scribing.
