I thank the guys who posted photo and size of the exhaust support, they will recognize each other.
I drove it today, the brake system is not leaking but it is not still braking.

I start the A again, it didn't have the right space.

The glass is cracked in the middle, it took me a while to realize.
I will have to start over.

Really nice, thanks for the pictures.
The truck is looking great! I love the different 4-color camo paint you went with instead of the usual Woodland winter patern.
You said "I drove it today, the brake system is not leaking but it is not still braking." Either the brakes are not adjusted correctly or you still have air in the system and need to bleed them some more. Or a combination of both. You may have to go through the system to make sure everything is working properly.
Nothing of the kind.
I am waiting for new brake shoes, the existing ones are worn to the iron.
I will also install a new NOS master cylinder, I like the original stock.
From scratch, the brake system is a long rebuild.
The photo below shows the correct fit and the wear in question.

One word, "Nice".
Out of four original shocks, two were still in very good condition, one front and one rear.
After renovation and transformation they will be equal to be installed at the back.

I enjoyed making a few more or less long journeys with my truck but immobilization is necessary to restore the five rims.
A leak appeared on takeoff.
I think this crack comes from a shock and not from a mechanical stress.

you need a 25 kilogram bag for a rim and its ring.
Five bags is the amount of sand I used for the blasting.

Hi Frédéric, did you already install the window wipes in the pictures above? It looks like you just put it up to the window for a picture. Now I see yours bend upside, mine bend down.

Oké! I think mine are a little bit different then. The lip on mine goos down, while yours go up. Yours will keep the water out better probably.

Open a post Zasperzigterman
and present your Jeep to us, we love the photos of our trucks, whatever their condition.
Hij Frédéric, I’m sorry for spamming your topic. I just wanted to know about the window wipes since I debated on getting them at BJsOffroad or somewhere else.
Just wanted to let you know I follow your build with great interest since you are also in Europe just like me.
I think I’ll post some before and after pictures when my Jeep is finished.
Looks nice, before you sew the rain gutter on your canvas you might want to research the position of it, the original does not have a steep angle. There is a member here Al who has a nice picture gallery, take a look and you will see how the gutter should look like.
