Well had a fairly good go at it this weekend. The rear axle was cut out and fitting the new axle began. The 14 bolt was finished with pressing the wheel studs and rotors for the disc conversion.

Once the rear axle was done, it was mockup time for the truck. It took several hours of measuring and recheck to make sure everything was a go. The run down on parts being used are 52 inch leaf springs from a p30 delivery van. Shackle mounts from the same van. The inside of the frame will be plated to hang everything.

Well Santa came ot the office today. Im bored so I thought Id post up what I got. I always get funny looks when the UPS or FedEx man comes. I ve have a transmission, tires, etc shipped to my office to save on freight.
The real funny part is I am a transplant perfusionist so its not a business that has a loading dock or anything to do with anything mechanical. I open boxes with joy and my coworkers just shake their heads.

Also got a brake proportioning valve with built in brake hydraulic switch.
Now theres a $100 word: perfusionist
Where are the pics of the seats. I can't imagine what seat you got that weights in over 250 lbs without a man in it.
