Dont have much time and winter is already knocking at my door again :( Working a lot at my friend's shop and having all those nice projets around gave me too much ideas.
Now i'm working on an HD steering. 2" OD .325 thick wall 1.125 x 12 tpi with custom insert and jam nuts on MOOG TRE to replace the oem rockwell ones. Those inserts will be real piece of art ....
As soos as i can have some spare time ..... 1 week at the shop with all the tools and the M will be back on the road again.
Also waiting from Stazworks custom plastic insert inside the two parts wheels to make them true beadlock. Pics as soon as the steering is completed

I also love your build. Now that I have 2 715s the winch truck with heater kit and all the tool hook on the bed will be going back as close to factory as I can get it. My other one will be modified. I scored a set of Rockwells today.;). I will need lots of help I know nothing about what I will need to adapt them to our aplication. They need seals and bearings at the least but was told they may have lockers from the coal mine but?

sorry for the pics ... they were on my personal server and i have changed since. All pictures still need to be repost but still have ALL of them and more ..... Won't work on the 715 until next winter because i'm building my new home in summer. Still have lot of part ready to be installed and should be building the direction next week ( just received custom rockwell tre inserts )
so this post is not dead but will go slow by 2012

Sorry it took so long to take a picture ..... This is my newest mod !
2.00 o.d. DOM tubing .625 thick with custom inserts and jam nuts. This is a drop in replacement tie rod for a rockwell axle. Haven't found the tube clamp yet at my friend's shop so the PSC ram still not picture.

Should be back on the road soon. The tranny is out and the clutch in. Need to fab some linkage. Weld the mount for the ram assist, plug all the wires but winter do not want to leave ... still having three feets of snow around the house.
