I'd leave the bed height alone, but weld some cabinet-type tool boxes to the underside of the four corners. It would also be neat to mock the M715-style mailboxes under the front corners of the bed (although they'd just be short in depth).

First pic, with the box sitting low looks the best, but fender/tire clearence looks too tight.
The pic with the box high, the rail height looks good, but wheel opening looks too high.
Lots of work, but I'd be tempted to shorten the duece box and cut some correctly styled wheel openings into it.
As far as utility, the box being at stock height is pushing it. Makes it a pian to load stuff in and out.
Looking foreward to some real world "seat of the pants" impressions of a bobbed duce.
We see a few down here but everyone seems to finish the project just to flip it on the internet.
Truck looks great, nice job.
I think the bobbed duece bed looks best but if you are going to use the trailer bed maybe lower it down a little so that from the rear view the bottom of the bed is just low enough to hide the top of the tires or add the angled piece there like the duece bed.
