Just got far enough to take some pics tonight. I haven't got a game plan yet. Thinking about making the center section wider. Will post up when I know more.

I would think that it might be easier (ok not by much) to have new glass made that is split and square off the opening and use the hardware from the duce window than it would be to make the hole smaller and install the duce window.
To bad we are at oposite ends of the state I'd love to help you with this one. It's a great challange.
Kinda like this....I'm thinking that it might be a more workable solution.

So Joe, your talking about having one pane of glass pivot out, like a deuce window, but larger and single? I understand the concept, but the deuce frame (although hard to tell) isn't just recangular tubing. There is some rounded places for the window swing, and it has all been engineered. No need for me to figure seals, wipers, or latches. Just "grafting" :) .
Chris,
I have a spare M35 frame that is rusted out really bad on top, but has good sides and bottom. It will be good for sections only, but it is the same as what you have. If the other stuff you still need down here get shipped in the back of a pickup, it will fit just fine. I will be where the tow bar is in a few weeks and can easily throw the windshield frame on the same pile if you want.
Thanks for the offer, but I have done lots of work with little planning. Let me see what I can come up with and I'll let you know.
You miss understood what I was saying. I was saying make it a split window like the duce and use all the duce parts just make it the same size opening. I guess I'm saying strech the duce frame and squat it a little. Does that make a little more sense?
Yup! I was thinking wether or not I wanted to do that. It woul look ALOT better in my oppinion, but I want to be able to pull a part and put it in. Not have to mod everything.
So due to a rough weekend, I have moved the priority of this install up. I have sanded down the frame, and test fitted it. It will be mounted from inside the truck. After looking over my options, I think I will be welding it in. I took some more pics, but they wouldn't load for some reason. Any thoughts on NOT welding it in?
not from me - have to attach it somehow, and if it's on the inside - you want to make sure it stays attached if something hits it.
