Oh, I want to compliment someone on having the most overblown TOS of any forum I am on or have operated or admined, especially such a tiny one as this.
Yeesh, people, try not to take yourselves, this hobby or the 'net in general so seriously. It's silly. Nobody is going to come and get you for anything said here and no part of society is going to collapse over anything lost here.
Makes my brain hurt almost as much as the idea Light Heavy Metal...
Ever seen Pirate 4x4's TOS?
Ever read the chaos and insanity and personal attacks, threats and insults that define P4x4? And nary a lawsuit, murder or government jackboot in sight.
The fact is any TOS beyond a basic "We'll ban you for whatever reason we choose because we own the place" is a ridiculous waste of time and utterly pointless, both because it holds no legal value whatsoever and because literally nobody cares. Just my opinion, but I've not been doing this since local BB's in the mid-90's, so what would I know?

what is TOS?
Terms of Service. That big thing that appeared at some recent point at the top of the page when you logged in which you, I assume, clicked "I agree" to. All sites have them, most just the boilerplate version that comes along with the board software(and of course games and such have detailed ones for perhaps more logical reasons).
