Shipping is pricey, as the run flats add 30lbs each. Check out Pirate4x4 forums in the vendor section and you'll find several different guys offering recentered H1 rims with all sorts of different options.
If you want to recenter them yourself, the rims are readily available on ebay for $50 (12 bolt ring).
