I got the driveshafts and transfercase removed from the truck. I also picked up some 4x4" 1/4" wall tubing to make motor mounts with.

Truck is looking really good...excellent fab work:cool:
I may have missed it in your build but are you planning on running an intercooler and if so what kind of intercooler?
Keep up the good work!
I have an '89 non-intercooled motor
Good stuff Tim Ive gotta get over your way to give u a hand and check out the fleet. So I6 cummins to a 727 to a divorced 200 then a swapped 70 rear and a swapped in 60 front? Whats gear u gonna be running now?
NP200 is going bye bye.
6BT/727/NP205. Both of the Dana's have 4.10 gear. The 4.10's and 38's should be very similar to the stock 3.07 gear with 31's that the Cummins truck had.
I had to modify the throttle bracket to work with my Ford throttle cable and the Lokar kickdown cable.

I didn't get as far as I had hoped today. I finished the tranny kickdown and got the motor mocked in place. The stock dipstick tube won't work with the truck so I ordered a flexible one. Tomorrow I will start fabricating the motor mounts. The Dude came by and picked up my old NP200. I'm glad it is going to get used instead of ending up at a scrap yard.
