Got the hydraulic assist in and figured out. Ram is a 1.5x8. The stock steering pump puts out 4.5 gpm, what a modified conventional unit roughly puts out. Going to use a remote resevoir that will increase the capacity another 3 quarts to help with cooling.
Steering bars are 1.5 inch .500 wall :D

Started cleaning and painting the inside of the sheetmetal as it is about to go on for the last time. I put a rust preventative down before painting. Paint and body will be nowhere near the quality of my last rig. This truck is meant to be used and not so pretty Id worry about scratching it, etc.

And threw some beige on it to make sure it was the contrast was good. Yes there is overspray, etc.....just think of it like a sample.

Its getting time to put the front backl together!!!! There was a rusted fender mount that needed some attention. It was too far gone to support anything. So this is what happened

It will be rebuilt with 14ga sheet. Also gave me a good oppertunity to shoot some more rust preventative everywhere
Went ahead and pulled the dash out tpo clean and paint everything. I shot the dash in Cummins Titanium black

And started putting the tubes in for the final time. Reassembled with contant torque clamps. It was pretty exciting to be doing that for the last time. Here are some pics and a short walk around video for everyone who requested.
