Years ago I got a seal kit from JC Whittney of all places.. Leather 'seals' and reinforcement half moons.
Don't know if they would still carry those.

Two and a half weeks!? Where on earth did you order them from? Most anything I've needed (if its still available) shows up within a week.

i think you should go with rockwells,then you can sell me your rims real cheep,lol its looking good keep up the hard work.

anybody ever try mounting a disc caliper set up where the emergency brake drum thing is on the back of the transfer case?

Yes. Spicer had one off an Escort I believe it was fabbed on the rear of his for a while...
