I just finished the post flip and have to say that was a tough job. I don't have much to share from my previous posts, I'm not sure pictures will show much of the diffence in height in the rear. Overall I'm happy with it, it had to be done.
Now I'll move on to rust proofing the under carriage and frame where it needs it.

what not to do
I was doing a google search and ran across this:

I got a good laugh out of the "personalized" decor :D

frame painted
Over the weekend I wire brushed the frame and applied the POR15. I also did the undercarriage covering the rust shown in the video. The process was uneventful but came out great in the end.
This go around I did use the "metal ready" and "marine clean" options they provide. I used them on more of the smoother surfaces as that's where I've had the problem with POR15 before.
After ready the "rust treatment" post and talk of ospho, I would have tried that but I already had this stuff on hand.

Tomorrow I'll swap in the tranny and begin working on a crossmember.

Dude, looking good. Is that you playing the chapman stick in the other videos?
-
Yeah. Have you heard of the instrument before? Maybe King Crimson? I've been struggling on it for 10 yrs (:

Yea. Keep up the good work. I have zero musical talent, it all went to my brother

So I got the tranny/tcase in over the weekend and am just now getting a chance to update.
I removed the door and passenger seat but then realized I could have just removed the "stop" at the top of the door to swing it 180 degrees. Straps were located in the front and back but the strap on the tcase kept moving the whole thing forward.

Anyway, after about 3 hours of fanangling I got it in.

I have one of the stock cross braces holding it up as a temp fix and it's sitting a little to high. I have the original dodge crossmember and let's see if I can use that.
Also, sorry if any of this is overly simplistic. I have some family and friends follow this project with the video blog and most of this is greek to them.

Panther, that crossmember will work just fine.I used angle welded to the outside of the frame to bolt it up.

How is your trucking coming along, any new pics?
