Litter trays of M725 ambulance/M43/M886/etc

I had a thought, related to the resto of my ambulance. I have a M725, which is kinda hard to find parts for. I need the fold-down litter trays for the rear ambulance body, but they are very hard to find, and most who have them want to keep them for their restored/restorable M725. My question to any who can answer is: will the litter trays in the earlier M43 ambulance, or later M886s or CUCV series ambulances, fit as well? It may make my search for a suitable replacement a little easier.
