Adam S's Pics

Ok, I got really lucky!! I found this m715 by accident, stopped to see a friend who works at one of the local fire depts. He told me it was going to be sold silent auction, ha! you can get it for 800! So I bid 1000. Sweated bullits for a week, went to see it and talked to the mechanic, heard it run,and prayed daily! Belonged to another fire dept before this one and got conflicting stories as to who did the work, oh well, this thing sat for about 5 years before they decided to sell. When I bought it it had 3800 miles on it,it has a fresh like 2000 miles maybe? Target master 350 chev in it,hurst style motor plate mounts, novack? adaptor, converted to power steering, new shocks, goodyear wrangler m/t tires, too small!! and its been wired for 12 volts/brand new alt. It also came with the winch,w/o winch model, and the water tank with elec. start 8 hp.pump. had to send these pics for the members gallery to show it just how I got it. I`ve swapped the 2bbl leaker carb for an edelbrock rpm manifold,600 edelbrock carb, and a MSD pro billet electronic distributor set for full advance by 1800rpm,(boy she runs super strong now!) I also mounted a 7.5 ft snowplow, no cutting, drilling, or welding! Future plans are for a set of small tube full length headers, a comp cams xtreme energy cam(mild 262-272 -462-469lift) POR-15 chassis black chassis and suspension. I`ll probably strip it, epoxy prime the body and shoot it the original green. stainless brake lines, double master cyl. I really need big tires!! but I won`t lift it at all. OH yeah it also has a vacuum brake booster, and I added a heater out of a datsun truck under the dash, with defrost ducts. OK I`LL SHUT UP NOW! I`ll send more pics of restorodifying this jewel, waddya think of this deal? have to stop at an old junkyard off the beaten path here soon, they used to have a 726, couple715`s and some m37`s way back in the corner, hope they`re still there, see ya soon!!
